For owner-led businesses and small teams that are growing into more responsibility
I help you take one recurring administrative process out of a person’s head, build the system around it, and keep its technical side working after launch.
You work directly with me, from the first map to the care after launch.

It rarely looks like one big problem. It looks like a day made of small returns to you.
You copy the answer into the right place, explain it to someone else, and remember the next step.
The process exists, but the useful version of it is still in your head.
It comes back to you because no one else can see the exception or recover it safely.
A growing team creates more handoffs, while follow-up, checking and moving information still land with the same few people.
The useful question is not “What can AI do?” It is “Where does ordinary work stop because it needs me again?”
A short starting point
Your answers stay in this browser unless you choose to send the result to me.
Start with what matters
Name the work you started the business to do, your passion or the work where your judgement creates the most value.
For exampleCoding · Client diagnosis · Design · Teaching · Strategic advice
A useful process brings complete information to the moment where your judgement matters, then carries the approved work forward without another private checklist.
The system prepares the case. You enter once, at the decision that needs you.
The customer gives the information the process needs.
Records, dates and missing details are handled before your attention is needed.
The commercial or expert judgement stays with you.
The approved answer triggers the right tasks, messages and handoff.
A failed or unusual case becomes visible instead of disappearing into a tool.
You remain important to the result. You stop being the route every routine step has to travel through.
You do not need to become the person who monitors an automation, repairs a failed connection or keeps its technical notes current.

One person across the whole process
My background crosses software development, product delivery and technical operations. You do not have to translate the same process between a strategist, a builder and a support desk.
I am based in Malta and work directly with owner-led businesses and small teams in Europe and internationally.
More about meThe process boundary, care and plan are agreed before I build. The details follow the work, not the other way round.
Focused mapping is often measured in days or a small number of weeks. Builds are usually measured in weeks. Those are illustrations, not a promise before I have seen the process.
I need real examples, sensible access and decisions where the business rule is unclear. You do not need to manage the technical build.
Recurring paid Process Care begins when a Build launches. The monthly agreement names what I watch, maintain and recover.
No. A few recent examples are more useful than a polished procedure. I reconstruct what really happens before recommending a change.
Not by default. I keep useful tools when they can support the process. A tool changes only when its limits make the agreed result unreliable or needlessly hard.
Your judgement, customer promises, sensitive decisions and business rules stay with you. I design and care for the technical process around those points.
Sometimes. I start with a short review so I can see how it works, how failures appear and what I would be taking responsibility for.
Planning ranges start at €1,500–€3,000 for a Blueprint, €4,500–€12,000 for a Build and €350–€950 a month for care of one live process. The exact proposal follows the boundary and risk.
Routine maintenance stays inside the agreed care boundary. A new outcome, rule or substantial branch is a new engagement, priced before it is built.
